In order to terminate a subscription and end charges, customers must cancel their subscription online prior to an order being placed. You will receive a confirmation email and that’s when you will stop being charged.

Customers are notified of upcoming orders three days before their next order is placed so you can pause your subscription, cancel your subscription, or modify any address or payment method associated with your subscription before your next order. Once the order has been placed our support team may not be able to cancel the order or make changes, but we will do our best.

Orders shipped to the wrong address are only eligible for a refund or replacement once the shipping address on the account has been updated once. If you've moved or want an order shipped elsewhere, here’s an article on how to change your shipping address in your Stix account.
