Have you tried logging in to your Stix account and received an error message that says, "your email does not have an account associated with it?"

You are most likely receiving this message because you ordered a Stix product on subscription without creating a corresponding account. Having an account is super useful! It's the best way to manage your subscription and do things like change an address, update payment information, and take a break.

To activate an account with us you can do two things:

  1. Find the email with the subject line "Customer account activation" from Stix. It should be from when you placed your first order with us. There will be a big button to activate your account!
  2. If you no longer have that email, message us at hello@getstix.com and we will send you a link to activate your account.

If you have already activated your account once and need to reactivate it for some reason, reach out to us at hello@getstix.com and we will send you a link to reactivate.
